విద్యార్థి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు గురువు ఆవిర్భవిస్తారు. విద్యార్థి పూర్తిగా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు, గురువు అదృశ్యమవుతారు. ఈ నానుడి ఉన్నత సత్యాన్ని వర్ణిస్తుంది. విద్యను సంపాదించడం అనేది జీవితకాల ప్రక్రియ. మనం చిన్నవారంగా నేర్చుకునేవాటి పట్ల ఆసక్తి చూపించడం ద్వారా, గురువులు మనకు ఆవిర్భవిస్తారు మరియు మనం నేర్చుకోవటానికి సహాయపడతారు. కానీ, కాలక్రమేణా, నిజమైన అవగాహన వస్తుంది మరియు నేర్చుకోవడంలో గురువుల ఆవశ్యకత తగ్గిపోతుంది. మనం స్వయంగా నేర్చుకోగలిగే నైపుణ్యాలను కలిగి ఉంటాము, ఇది గురువులకు ఇక ఏ పాత్రా లేకుండా చేస్తుంది. అప్పుడు ఆ గురువులు మనకు అదృశ్యమవుతారు.

जब छात्र तैयार होता है तो गुरु प्रकट होता है। जब छात्र वास्तव में तैयार होता है, तो गुरु अदृश्य हो जाता है। यह कहावत एक उच्च सत्य को व्यक्त करती है। ज्ञान प्राप्त करना एक जीवनपर्यंत की प्रक्रिया है। जब हम बचपन में सीखने के प्रति उत्सुकता दिखाते हैं, तो गुरु हमारे सामने आते हैं और हमें सीखने में मदद करते हैं। लेकिन धीरे-धीरे, वास्तविक समझ आती है और सीखने में गुरु की आवश्यकता कम होती जाती है। हम स्वयं सीखने की कला में निपुण हो जाते हैं, जिससे गुरु के लिए कोई भूमिका नहीं बचती। तब वे गुरु हमारे लिए अदृश्य हो जाते हैं।

English Translation:

When we show an eagerness to learn as children, teachers appear to us and help us learn. But gradually, true understanding arises, and the need for teachers to aid our learning diminishes. We become adept at the art of learning by ourselves, leaving no role for the teacher. At that point, those teachers become invisible to us.

In the beginning stages of learning, teachers are indispensable guides who impart knowledge and skills. They appear at the opportune moment when the student's mind is receptive and ready to absorb new concepts. However, the ultimate goal is for the student to outgrow the need for the teacher's constant presence. As learning progresses and the student gains deeper insights, an internalization happens. At this advanced stage, the teacher metaphorically "disappears" from the student's learning process. The student has developed the ability for self-learning, analysis, and the seamless application of knowledge.
