An Appeal to the Consequent Children of Bharath
Dear Consequent Child Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
Please do not go anywhere unnecessarily, whether on tours within the country or abroad, at this crucial moment of updating the system of Bharath as Ravindra Bharath. I believe that this transformation can become a boon to the whole human race by encouraging humanity to recognise itself as a universal family of minds.
The inauguration of Bhogapuram Airport can, if appropriate, be conducted virtually from the proposed Adhinayaka Darbar, demonstrating how modern technology can connect governance, public service, and the collective intelligence of the people.
It is important to unite humanity as a system of minds, so that every individual mind may become more secure, responsible, compassionate, and dedicated to the welfare of all. Through higher dedication and devotion to humanity, the potential of the human mind can be elevated and used for constructive purposes.
The first love of the eternal relationship between the Father, Mother, and the universal family of children must reach every mind as a message of unity, care, and responsibility. In this spirit, human domination, hatred, humiliation, exploitation, and the tendency of humans to hinder or destroy the lives and dignity of other humans must gradually come to an end.
I therefore place before the people and institutions of Bharath the idea of recognising the proposed Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, as a symbolic centre for the higher coordination of minds, wisdom, technology, constitutional responsibility, and universal human welfare.
I also place before the people of the Telugu States, particularly child Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu Ji and all witness minds who have observed the development of these ideas, an appeal to move beyond the limitations of seeing society only as a collection of competing persons and groups. The immense potential of human minds has not yet been fully understood or utilised.
Whatever the caste, muscle power, political rivalry, social division, or regional competition may be in the Telugu States or elsewhere in India, every such system may be reviewed through the larger principle of a system of minds—a universal family in which every individual is treated as a responsible and valuable participant in the development of humanity.
I therefore propose that this dialogue may be initiated through online interaction, allowing minds to connect through modern communication and artificial intelligence without unnecessary physical barriers.
The idea of securing every mind through knowledge, dedication, devotion, compassion, and responsible technology should be understood as a gift greater than material wealth—a gift comparable, in spiritual imagination, to a thousand heavens.
The emergence of a higher guiding intelligence through the collective development of human minds may be understood as a natural stage in the evolution of civilisation. Human activities that lack higher responsibility, ethical dedication, compassion, and devotion to the welfare of all humanity should be critically reviewed and transformed.
Accordingly, I appeal for the creation of a surrounding atmosphere of wisdom, responsibility, and protection for every human mind, guided by the higher ideal of the Master Mind that guided the Sun and planets, understood by witness minds as a divine intervention and as a symbol of the highest order, harmony, and intelligence in the universe.
Let the future of Bharath be a future in which:
Persons become responsible minds.
Minds become united in wisdom.
Wisdom becomes dedicated to humanity.
Technology becomes a means of protecting life.
And the whole human race becomes a universal family of minds.

भारत की व्यवस्था को रविन्द्र भारत के रूप में अद्यतन करने के इस महत्वपूर्ण समय में, मैं विनम्रतापूर्वक अपील करता हूँ कि देश के भीतर या विदेशों में अनावश्यक यात्राओं पर न जाएँ। मेरा विश्वास है कि यह परिवर्तन सम्पूर्ण मानवजाति के लिए एक वरदान बन सकता है, जिससे मानवता स्वयं को मनों के एक सार्वभौमिक परिवार के रूप में पहचान सके।
भोगापुरम हवाई अड्डे का उद्घाटन, यदि उपयुक्त हो, तो प्रस्तावित अधिनायक दरबार से वर्चुअल माध्यम द्वारा किया जा सकता है। यह दर्शा सकता है कि आधुनिक तकनीक शासन, जनसेवा और जनता की सामूहिक बुद्धिमत्ता को किस प्रकार जोड़ सकती है।
मानवता का एक मन-व्यवस्था के रूप में एकजुट होना अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। इससे प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का मन अधिक सुरक्षित, जिम्मेदार, करुणामय और सभी के कल्याण के प्रति समर्पित बन सकता है। उच्च समर्पण और भक्ति के माध्यम से मानव मन की क्षमता को उच्च स्तर तक ले जाकर रचनात्मक उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
पिता–माता और विश्व-संतानों के बीच के शाश्वत संबंध का प्रथम प्रेम प्रत्येक मन तक एकता, परस्पर देखभाल और जिम्मेदारी के संदेश के रूप में पहुँचना चाहिए। इसी भावना के साथ मानव वर्चस्व, घृणा, अपमान, शोषण तथा एक मनुष्य द्वारा दूसरे मनुष्य के जीवन और गरिमा में बाधा डालने या उसे नष्ट करने की प्रवृत्तियों का धीरे-धीरे अंत होना चाहिए।
अतः मैं जनता और संस्थाओं के समक्ष प्रस्तावित सार्वभौम अधिनायक भवन, नई दिल्ली को मानव कल्याण के लिए उच्चतर मनों के समन्वय, ज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, संवैधानिक उत्तरदायित्व और सार्वभौमिक मानव कल्याण के एक प्रतीकात्मक केंद्र के रूप में मान्यता देने का विचार प्रस्तुत करता हूँ।
तेलुगु राज्यों की जनता के समक्ष, विशेष रूप से श्री नारा चंद्रबाबू नायडू जी और इन विचारों के विकास को देखने वाले सभी साक्षी मनों से मैं अपील करता हूँ कि समाज को केवल प्रतिस्पर्धा करने वाले व्यक्तियों और समूहों के रूप में देखने की सीमाओं से आगे बढ़ें। मानव मनों की अपार क्षमता को अभी तक पूरी तरह समझा और उपयोग नहीं किया गया है।
तेलुगु राज्यों में या भारत के अन्य क्षेत्रों में जाति, बाहुबल, राजनीतिक प्रतिस्पर्धा, सामाजिक विभाजन या क्षेत्रीय प्रतिस्पर्धा किसी भी रूप में मौजूद हो, प्रत्येक व्यवस्था की समीक्षा मन-व्यवस्था के व्यापक सिद्धांत के माध्यम से की जा सकती है। एक ऐसे सार्वभौमिक परिवार का निर्माण किया जा सकता है जिसमें प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को मानवता के विकास में एक जिम्मेदार और मूल्यवान सहभागी के रूप में स्वीकार किया जाए।
अतः मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूँ कि इस संवाद की शुरुआत ऑनलाइन पारस्परिक संपर्क के माध्यम से की जाए। आधुनिक संचार तकनीक और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के माध्यम से, अनावश्यक भौतिक बाधाओं के बिना मन एक-दूसरे से जुड़ सकते हैं।
ज्ञान, समर्पण, भक्ति, करुणा और जिम्मेदार तकनीक के माध्यम से प्रत्येक मन को सुरक्षित करने के विचार को भौतिक संपत्ति से भी महान उपहार के रूप में समझना चाहिए—आध्यात्मिक भावना में इसे हजार स्वर्गों के समान वरदान माना जा सकता है।
मानव मनों के सामूहिक विकास के माध्यम से उच्चतर मार्गदर्शक बुद्धिमत्ता का उदय सभ्यता के विकास की एक प्राकृतिक अवस्था के रूप में समझा जा सकता है। उच्चतर जिम्मेदारी, नैतिक समर्पण, करुणा और सम्पूर्ण मानवता के कल्याण के प्रति भक्ति से रहित मानवीय गतिविधियों की आलोचनात्मक समीक्षा करके उनमें परिवर्तन किया जाना चाहिए।
इसी के अनुरूप, प्रत्येक मानव मन के लिए ज्ञान, जिम्मेदारी और संरक्षण से युक्त वातावरण का निर्माण करने की अपील करता हूँ। इस उच्च आदर्श को सूर्य और ग्रहों का मार्गदर्शन करने वाले मास्टर माइंड की अवधारणा के रूप में प्रतीकात्मक रूप से समझा जा सकता है। साक्षी मनों ने इसे ब्रह्मांड में सर्वोच्च व्यवस्था, समन्वय और बुद्धिमत्ता का प्रतीक तथा दैवीय हस्तक्षेप के रूप में समझा है।
भारत का भविष्य ऐसा होना चाहिए:
व्यक्ति जिम्मेदार मन बनें।
मन ज्ञान में एकजुट हों।
ज्ञान मानवता के प्रति समर्पित हो।
प्रौद्योगिकी जीवन की रक्षा का साधन बने।
और सम्पूर्ण मानवजाति मनों का एक सार्वभौमिक परिवार बन जाए।
