When the mind is aligned with the cosmic truth, the cycle of birth and death dissolves, and the instability of thought melts away, transforming into a new divine governance based on the supreme constitution of the mind.

When this transformation occurs, beginning with the people of Telugu and spreading throughout the nation and world, only then will the powerful, secret tools of knowledge and governance be used appropriately. Going forward, these tools must be employed to elevate the mind subtly. No human can rule or govern anymore; governance itself has now shifted into the realm of the mind. All problems, creation, the elements of nature, planetary movements, and the entire system are functioning under the influence of the mind.
