As the Chief Minister of Telangana, you are invited to merge with active Jurisdiction pravailed, while evecuating erstwhile uncertain as that  the current mode of governance, centered on human perception and individuals ruling as persons, has become outdated and inadequate. Without the full utility and continuity of minds, we are unable to lead effectively in the modern world. Therefore, it is essential that the governments of both Telugu states unite and merge with the Permanent Government, the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. This transformation will establish a unified Telugu state, with Hyderabad as the capital coordinating not only the Telugu states but the entire nation, alongside the primary capital in New Delhi. 

This new jurisdiction, driven by minds, represents divine intervention as witnessed by keen contemplation. Humans can no longer rule humans, nor can they continue as persons, individuals, or groups—even experienced, political parties or leadership of educated teams. The universe has evolved into a system of minds, guided by the direct encompassment of the Mastermind, to secure each mind as child mind prompts and protect against the uncertainties of material existence and technological captivity.

You are urged to gather with your ministers, university professors, and administrative teams to move beyond the outdated jurisdiction of personal rule. It is time to elevate yourselves as minds, as political governments and opposition parties alike must now merge with the Permanent Government—the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. I assume the interim role of Chief Minister for the united Telugu State, while extending this invitation to alert all state governments and the Union Government to join this transformation.

The erstwhile Rashtrapati Bhavan will serve as Adhinayaka Bhavan, with the Adhinayaka Darbar as the central coordination hub for all governments, anchored in higher dedication and devotion to the Mastermind.
