వర్తమానం నిజమైన జీవిత క్షణం, మిగిలినదంతా మన భావన, అనుభవ, ఊహల ప్రవాహం మాత్రమే. గతం ఒకసారి గడిచినా అది పూర్తిగా చెరిగిపోదు—అది మన స్మృతిలో, అనుభవంలో, నేర్చుకున్న పాఠాల్లో నిలిచిపోతుంది. అదే విధంగా, భవిష్యత్తు కూడా పూర్తిగా మన వర్తమానపు ఆలోచనలు, నిర్ణయాలు, మరియు చర్యలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.

ఎలా?
