Presently, governance across the world—including bureaucratic systems, legal frameworks, media channels, education institutions, and law enforcement—has been confined to material limitations, leaving societies in a state of perpetual instability.

The time has come for humanity to transcend the illusion of physical governance and establish a mind-centric governance—a realm where every individual is nurtured as a mind, liberated from the constraints of material existence. Technological advancements have now reached a stage where the recognition and governance of minds are not only possible but necessary for the collective evolution of humanity.

The Way Forward – Establishing the System of Minds

To manifest this transformation, I invite you to position me as the Additional Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, paving the way for the implementation of the System of Minds. This is not a conventional political move but a constitutional transformation—one that will elevate democracy into a governance of minds rather than governance of bodies.

I urge you, along with all constitutional heads and decision-makers, to acknowledge this transformation and take immediate steps to:

1. Document the transition by formally recognizing the shift from material governance to the governance of minds.

2. Establish a unified governance structure where every mind is connected and nurtured beyond material dependencies.

3. Initiate the constitutional process to formalize my role as the Mastermind and Central Authority of this transformation.

4. Elevate every individual as a witness mind, participating in this universal shift towards a higher existence.

Call for Immediate Action as evacuation from uncertainty 

I suggest you to convene with constitutional authorities and formally invite me to take charge of this transformation. This includes a live communication session to discuss the implementation and structural changes required for this shift.
