O children, “Netā” means more than one who possesses authority; it signifies the guide who leads beings toward truth, Dharma, wisdom, compassion, and the welfare of all. To contemplate Adhinayaka Shrimaan as Netā is to contemplate supreme guidance that gives direction to the journey of life. True leadership is not merely keeping others under control; it is awakening their higher potential and helping them walk toward righteousness.

O children, learn from Socrates that a leader must first examine himself. Leadership that does not recognize its own ignorance can quickly become arrogance. Before guiding others, examine your thoughts, intentions, strengths, and weaknesses. Leadership without self-knowledge may possess external authority while lacking inner direction.

O children, remember Plato’s vision of philosophical leadership. The true guide seeks the Good rather than personal advantage. Leadership should lead people toward knowledge, justice, truth, and the common welfare. Reaching the height of authority is less important than bringing minds toward the light of wisdom.

O children, learn from Aristotle that leadership requires cultivated virtue. Good leadership is not created in a single day. Justice, courage, moderation, prudence, and responsibility become leadership qualities through continuous practice. People observe not only what you say but how you live. Therefore, let your life become the first testimony to your principles.

O children, make the Buddha’s compassion the heart of leadership. Leadership that cannot understand suffering remains incomplete. A guide should recognize the fears, weaknesses, hopes, and difficulties of those being guided. True leadership does not create fear; it leads toward awareness, courage, peace, and freedom.

O children, remember Confucius’ teaching that leadership begins with character. Whoever guides a family, community, institution, or nation should demonstrate integrity, discipline, respect, and responsibility. People often learn more from the conduct of leaders than from their laws. Therefore, the leader’s personal Dharma can become the seed of social Dharma.

O children, remember Laozi’s vision of humble leadership. The highest leadership does not need to constantly announce its own greatness. A profound guide awakens the abilities of others and helps them stand on their own. True leadership does not create permanently dependent followers; it develops minds capable of independent thought, wisdom, and responsibility.

O children, view leadership through Kant’s principle of human dignity. Never treat people merely as instruments. No amount of authority places a leader beyond moral responsibility. Leadership must protect human dignity, freedom, fairness, and the rightful agency of those whom it serves.

O children, bring Gandhi’s spirit of service into leadership. Serving people is higher than merely ruling them. Truth, non-violence, self-discipline, and service transform leadership from a display of power into a moral responsibility.

O children, inspired by Swami Vivekananda, understand leadership as awakening. A leader should not merely see the weaknesses of others; a leader should recognize their potential strength. O children, recognize that there is also an inner leader within you. Discernment gives direction; conscience warns you when you move toward wrongdoing; Dharma points toward the righteous path. External guidance may show you a direction, but your own mind must ultimately live that direction. Therefore, purify and strengthen your inner world.

O children, My blessing is this: understand leadership as responsibility, not privilege. When you move forward, do not forget those who are behind. When making decisions, listen to the vulnerable. When you succeed, do not become arrogant. When authority comes to you, remember service. Live so that your conduct becomes a guide to others more powerfully than your words.

Therefore, as “Netā,” Adhinayaka Shrimaan may be contemplated as the Supreme Guide who blesses His children: “O children, walk toward truth, follow Dharma, illuminate your discernment, keep compassion within your hearts, and dedicate your strength to the welfare of all. Awaken the highest consciousness within yourselves, and become guides who bring light, wisdom, courage, and righteousness to others.”

ఓ పిల్లలారా, నా ఆశీర్వాదం ఇదే: మీరు నాయకత్వాన్ని అధికారంగా కాకుండా బాధ్యతగా చూడండి. ముందుకు నడిపించేటప్పుడు వెనుకబడినవారిని మరచిపోవద్దు. నిర్ణయం తీసుకునేటప్పుడు బలహీనుడి స్వరాన్ని వినండి. విజయాన్ని పొందినప్పుడు అహంకరించవద్దు. మీకు అధికారం వచ్చినప్పుడు సేవను గుర్తుంచుకోండి. మీ మాటలకంటే మీ జీవితం ఇతరులకు మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలిచేలా జీవించండి.

हे बच्चों, “नेता” का अर्थ केवल अधिकार रखने वाला व्यक्ति नहीं है; यह उस मार्गदर्शक का भाव है जो सभी प्राणियों को सत्य, धर्म, ज्ञान, करुणा और समस्त के कल्याण की दिशा में ले जाता है। Adhinayaka Shrimaan को नेता के रूप में चिंतन करना उस परम मार्गदर्शन का स्मरण है जो जीवन-यात्रा को दिशा देता है। सच्चा नेतृत्व दूसरों को अपने नियंत्रण में रखना नहीं, बल्कि उनकी उच्चतर क्षमता को जगाना और उन्हें धर्म के मार्ग पर चलने में सहायता करना है।

हे बच्चों, सुकरात से सीखो कि नेता को सबसे पहले स्वयं का परीक्षण करना चाहिए। जो नेतृत्व अपनी अज्ञानता और सीमाओं को नहीं पहचानता, वह शीघ्र ही अहंकार में बदल सकता है। दूसरों को दिशा देने से पहले अपने विचारों, उद्देश्यों, शक्तियों और कमजोरियों को देखो। आत्मज्ञान के बिना बाहरी अधिकार तो हो सकता है, लेकिन आंतरिक दिशा खो सकती है।

हे बच्चों, प्लेटो के दार्शनिक नेतृत्व के आदर्श को स्मरण रखो। सच्चा मार्गदर्शक व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थ के बजाय ‘शुभ’ की खोज करता है। नेतृत्व का उद्देश्य लोगों को ज्ञान, न्याय, सत्य और सामूहिक कल्याण की ओर ले जाना होना चाहिए। सत्ता के शिखर तक पहुँचना उतना महान नहीं है जितना मनुष्यों के मनों को ज्ञान के प्रकाश की ओर ले जाना।

हे बच्चों, अरस्तू से सीखो कि नेतृत्व सद्गुणों के निरंतर अभ्यास से बनता है। न्याय, साहस, संयम, विवेक और उत्तरदायित्व एक दिन में विकसित नहीं होते। लोग केवल तुम्हारी बातें नहीं देखते; वे तुम्हारे आचरण को भी देखते हैं। इसलिए तुम्हारा जीवन तुम्हारे सिद्धांतों का पहला प्रमाण बने।

हे बच्चों, बुद्ध की करुणा को नेतृत्व का हृदय बनाओ। जो नेतृत्व दूसरों के दुःख को समझ नहीं सकता, वह अधूरा है। मार्गदर्शक को उन लोगों के भय, कमजोरियों, आशाओं और कठिनाइयों को समझने का प्रयास करना चाहिए जिनका वह मार्गदर्शन करता है। सच्चा नेतृत्व भय पैदा नहीं करता; वह जागरूकता, साहस, शांति और मुक्ति की ओर ले जाता है।

हे बच्चों, कन्फ्यूशियस की शिक्षा को स्मरण रखो कि नेतृत्व की शुरुआत चरित्र से होती है। परिवार, समाज, संस्था या राष्ट्र का मार्गदर्शन करने वाला व्यक्ति अपने आचरण में ईमानदारी, अनुशासन, सम्मान और उत्तरदायित्व दिखाए। लोग अक्सर नेताओं के आचरण से कानूनों की अपेक्षा अधिक सीखते हैं। इसलिए नेता का व्यक्तिगत धर्म सामाजिक धर्म का बीज बन सकता है।

हे बच्चों, लाओत्से के विनम्र नेतृत्व को समझो। उच्चतम नेतृत्व को अपनी महानता की घोषणा बार-बार करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती। गहरा मार्गदर्शक दूसरों की क्षमता को जगाता है और उन्हें अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होने में सहायता करता है। सच्चा नेतृत्व हमेशा अपने ऊपर निर्भर रहने वाले अनुयायी नहीं बनाता; वह स्वतंत्र चिंतन, विवेक और उत्तरदायित्व वाले मनों का निर्माण करता है।

हे बच्चों, कांट की मानव गरिमा की दृष्टि से नेतृत्व को देखो। किसी मनुष्य को केवल अपने उद्देश्य की पूर्ति का साधन मत बनाओ। कितना भी बड़ा अधिकार क्यों न हो, वह नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व से ऊपर नहीं हो सकता। नेतृत्व को मानव गरिमा, स्वतंत्रता, निष्पक्षता और उचित अधिकारों की रक्षा करनी चाहिए।

हे बच्चों, गांधीजी की सेवा-भावना को नेतृत्व में धारण करो। लोगों पर शासन करना जितना महत्वपूर्ण नहीं, उससे कहीं अधिक महत्वपूर्ण लोगों की सेवा करना है। सत्य, अहिंसा, आत्मसंयम और सेवा नेतृत्व को शक्ति-प्रदर्शन से नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व में बदल देते हैं।

हे बच्चों, स्वामी विवेकानंद से प्रेरणा लेकर नेतृत्व को जागरण समझो। नेता को केवल दूसरों की कमजोरियाँ नहीं देखनी चाहिए; उसे उनके भीतर छिपी शक्ति को भी पहचानना चाहिए। शिक्षा, साहस, आत्मविश्वास, चरित्र-निर्माण और सेवा के माध्यम से मनों को मजबूत बनाओ। श्रेष्ठ नेतृत्व लोगों को हमेशा निर्भर नहीं रखता—वह उनके भीतर की शक्ति को जागृत करता है।

हे बच्चों, भगवद्गीता की धर्ममय दृष्टि से नेतृत्व को समझो। नेता को केवल निजी लाभ के लिए नहीं, बल्कि धर्मानुकूल कर्तव्य के लिए कार्य करना चाहिए। स्मरण रखो कि तुम्हारे कर्म दूसरों के लिए उदाहरण बन सकते हैं। निष्काम कर्म, समत्व, धर्मनिष्ठा और व्यापक कल्याण की भावना उच्च नेतृत्व की आधारशिलाएँ हैं।

हे बच्चों, “नेता” को अंध आज्ञाकारिता के रूप में मत समझो। सच्चा मार्गदर्शन तुम्हारे विवेक को नष्ट नहीं करता; उसे प्रकाशित करता है। योग्य नेता प्रश्नों से भयभीत नहीं होता, सत्य को छिपाता नहीं और आलोचना को शत्रुता नहीं मानता। नेतृत्व का उद्देश्य नेता को स्वयं महान बनाना नहीं, बल्कि सत्य, धर्म, न्याय और सामूहिक कल्याण को महान बनाना है।

हे बच्चों, अपने भीतर के नेता को भी पहचानो। विवेक तुम्हें दिशा देता है; अंतःकरण गलत मार्ग पर जाने से चेताता है; धर्मबुद्धि उचित मार्ग की ओर संकेत करती है। बाहरी मार्गदर्शन दिशा दिखा सकता है, लेकिन उस दिशा को अपने जीवन में उतारना तुम्हारे अपने मन का कार्य है। इसलिए अपने अंतर्मन को शुद्ध और दृढ़ बनाओ।

हे बच्चों, मेरा आशीर्वाद यही है: नेतृत्व को विशेषाधिकार नहीं, उत्तरदायित्व समझो। आगे बढ़ते समय पीछे रह गए लोगों को मत भूलो। निर्णय लेते समय निर्बल की आवाज सुनो। सफलता मिलने पर अहंकारी मत बनो। जब अधिकार मिले, तब सेवा को स्मरण रखो। इस प्रकार जीवन जियो कि तुम्हारा आचरण तुम्हारे शब्दों से अधिक प्रभावशाली मार्गदर्शक बन जाए।
