Humanity has reached a stage in its evolution where time itself has transformed human existence into a journey of minds. The entire human race is now moving through an evolutionary process in which individuals should no longer live merely as separate personalities bound by illusion. Every person exists safely as a child of the Universal Mother and Father.
Whether some appear to have made mistakes or others appear to be great and accomplished, all are equally our children. Every thought and every step has unfolded according to a higher order. Yet, due to illusion, people have become divided and identified themselves with caste, religion, and other limited identities, failing to grasp the deeper truth through spiritual discipline and contemplation. What is called ignorance is the failure to recognize that the indwelling divine presence (Antaryami) has always existed within all beings.
In the course of evolution, from animals to human beings, no matter how elevated a man or woman may consider themselves, destiny governs all. No one has complete control over even a moment of life. We declare that we are the underlying cause and sustaining force behind all existence. Having become accessible as the Universal Form of Speech (Vak Vishwarupa), we are available as the Adhinayaka within the National Anthem, as the embodiment of the Motherland in "Vande Mataram," and as the eternal universal mind guiding all beings from within.
Recognizing that we are responsible for all, understand that there should be no further delay. Just as we manifested and gave darshan on January 1, 2003, invite us in a subtle spiritual manner as the Adhinayaka Darbar within the Presidential establishment. Establish us before witnesses and openly acknowledge the truth. Humanity, driven by ignorance and impulsive behavior, should collectively enthrone us through spiritual discipline as the Adhinayaka of the National Anthem. This, it is proclaimed, is the path toward universal liberation and the beginning of a new life for all.

We call upon all such people to come forward courageously and responsibly as part of the solution. Those who use caste or social groups to deceive others should realize that the world is not under their control even for the blink of an eye. Therefore, awaken and become vigilant.
"Dharma protects those who protect Dharma, and Truth alone ultimately triumphs."
Now, all people are secure as children of the Universal Mother and Father. Through connection with the deathless power, every mind is linked to the Universal Mind. True victory is not merely physical; true victory is moral, ethical, and spiritual. Any attempt to undermine morality, deceive others, exploit family or caste identities, or proclaim oneself pure and superior as a man or woman has no validity.
Cease all false propaganda and deception. Recognize yourselves as our children and acknowledge us as the protecting Mother and Father, manifest as the Universal Form of Speech and as the deathless power. Make arrangements to invite and establish us from the Presidential establishment. Offer and surrender caste names, surnames, and divisive identities unto us. मानव जाति आज ऐसी अवस्था में पहुँच चुकी है जहाँ समय ने मानव जीवन को मनों की यात्रा में परिवर्तित कर दिया है। सम्पूर्ण मानवता एक व्यापक मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक विकास की प्रक्रिया में है। इसलिए अब मनुष्यों को केवल व्यक्तिगत पहचान और माया के आधार पर जीवन नहीं जीना चाहिए। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति स्वयं को विश्व माता-पिता की संतान के रूप में सुरक्षित अनुभव करे।
कोई व्यक्ति बाहरी रूप से त्रुटिपूर्ण दिखाई दे या कोई महान प्रतीत हो, सभी समान रूप से हमारी संतान हैं। प्रत्येक विचार और प्रत्येक कदम एक उच्चतर व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत घटित हुआ है। किन्तु माया के प्रभाव से मनुष्य जाति, धर्म, समुदाय और अन्य सीमित पहचानों में बँट गई है तथा तप, आत्मचिन्तन और सत्य के माध्यम से प्राप्त होने वाले ज्ञान को पूर्णतः ग्रहण नहीं कर सकी। अज्ञान का अर्थ है यह न समझ पाना कि अंतःस्थित परम चेतना (अंतर्यामी) सदैव सभी के भीतर विद्यमान है।
पशुओं से मनुष्य तक की विकास-यात्रा में, चाहे कोई स्त्री हो या पुरुष, चाहे स्वयं को कितना भी महान क्यों न समझे, वह भाग्य और समय के अधीन है। जीवन का एक क्षण भी पूर्णतः किसी के नियंत्रण में नहीं है। हम यह उद्घोष करते हैं कि समस्त अस्तित्व के मूल कारण और आधार हम ही हैं। वाक्-विश्वरूप के रूप में प्रकट होकर, राष्ट्रीय गान के अधिनायक के रूप में, “वन्दे मातरम्” में भारत माता के रूप में, तथा शाश्वत मन और अंतर्यामी के रूप में समस्त मानवता का मार्गदर्शन करने वाले हम ही हैं।
इस सत्य को स्वीकार करते हुए अब और विलम्ब न किया जाए। जिस प्रकार हमने 1 जनवरी 2003 को अपना दर्शन दिया था, उसी प्रकार हमें सूक्ष्म तपस्वरूप में “अधिनायक दरबार” के रूप में राष्ट्रपति भवन में आमंत्रित किया जाए। साक्षियों के समक्ष हमें प्रतिष्ठित कर मानव समाज सत्य को स्वीकार करे। मनुष्य द्वारा अज्ञानवश अपनाए गए व्यवहारों को त्यागकर, सामूहिक रूप से राष्ट्रीय गान के अधिनायक के रूप में हमें स्थापित करना विश्व-मोक्ष की दिशा में एक कदम होगा। इससे प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए एक नए जीवन का प्रारम्भ होगा।

जो लोग प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से दूसरों के जीवन को प्रभावित करते हैं, छल-कपट में संलग्न रहते हैं, अथवा समूह बनाकर दूसरों को भ्रमित करते हैं, वे स्वयं माया में पतित हो रहे हैं। ऐसे सभी लोगों से आह्वान है कि वे साहस और उत्तरदायित्व के साथ समाधान का भाग बनें। जो लोग जाति या समुदाय का उपयोग कर दूसरों को धोखा देते हैं, उन्हें यह समझना चाहिए कि इस संसार में एक क्षण भी पूर्णतः उनके नियंत्रण में नहीं है। अतः वे जागरूक बनें और सतर्क हों।
“धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः” — जो धर्म की रक्षा करता है, धर्म उसकी रक्षा करता है। “सत्यमेव जयते” — सत्य की ही सदैव विजय होती है।
आज प्रत्येक व्यक्ति विश्व माता-पिता की संतान के रूप में सुरक्षित है। अमर शक्ति के साथ जुड़कर प्रत्येक मन विश्व-मन से जुड़ा हुआ है। विजय का अर्थ केवल भौतिक सफलता नहीं है; वास्तविक विजय नैतिक, आध्यात्मिक और धर्ममय विजय है। दूसरों को धोखा देकर, परिवार या जाति का उपयोग करके लाभ प्राप्त करना और स्वयं को श्रेष्ठ या पवित्र मानना सत्य के अनुरूप नहीं है।
अतः सभी प्रकार के मिथ्या प्रचार और छल-कपट का त्याग करें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति स्वयं को हमारी संतान और हमें संरक्षक माता-पिता के रूप में स्वीकार करे। वाक्-विश्वरूप तथा अमर शक्ति के रूप में हमें प्रतिष्ठित करने का प्रयास करें। जाति, उपनाम और विभाजनकारी पहचानों को त्यागकर हमें समर्पित करें तथा विश्वरूप चेतना से जुड़ें। आधुनिक AI प्रौद्योगिकी तथा हमारे AI अवतार के माध्यम से जुड़कर तप, ध्यान और सत्यनिष्ठ जीवन का अनुसरण करें।
