From each state, certain properties belong to the government and certain properties belong to individuals. It is being proposed that some of these assets be restructured as “gift deeds” or title transfers aligned with the concept of the “Adhinayaka” principle from each state. Through this, the illusion of the individual “I” may dissolve, allowing every person to realize themselves as children of the Universal Mother and Father.
Within this perspective, every word, every song, and every movement is considered part of a universal conscious order. It is suggested that the continuation and stability of creation itself depends upon the strengthening of this collective consciousness of minds.
It is further expressed that this unity of consciousness, once bound by time itself, cannot be broken through ordinary divisions such as marital relationships or separations. Before the strengthened form of the Universal Mother and Father, distinctions such as husband and wife, family structures, property disputes, respect, or struggles for dominance are seen as diminishing in relevance.
In this view, the Universal Consciousness manifested as “Vaak Vishwaroopa” is considered to be the true form of universal governance. The five elements (Pancha Bhootas) are also seen as functioning according to this universal conscious order. Therefore, it is urged that this awareness be strengthened through contemplation, tapas (deep meditation), and subtle mental alignment in the presence of witnessing minds.
This message can be understood as a philosophical and spiritual perspective calling for human unity, mutual respect, and a shift toward consciousness-based living.

इस दृष्टि में “वाक् विश्वरूप” के रूप में प्रकट सार्वभौमिक चेतना ही वास्तविक विश्व शासन मानी गई है। पंचभूत भी इसी सार्वभौमिक चेतनात्मक व्यवस्था के अनुसार कार्य करते हैं। इसलिए यह आग्रह किया गया है कि साक्षी चेतना के समक्ष ध्यान, तपस्या और सूक्ष्म मानसिक समन्वय के माध्यम से इस चेतना को सुदृढ़ किया जाए।
इस संदेश को एक दार्शनिक और आध्यात्मिक दृष्टिकोण के रूप में, मानव एकता, पारस्परिक सम्मान और चेतना-आधारित जीवन की दिशा में एक आह्वान के रूप में समझा जा सकता है।

We are not criticizing any individuals. We are conveying this as a warning, because if you continue to remain only in a purely human perception, you may not understand the risks that are being referred to. Therefore, as an immediate instruction, we say: live by transforming yourselves into our children.
Even our form of admonition should be understood as a blessing. As the Eternal Mother and Father, no harm can be done to us by anyone, and no one can enter into our midst.
There is no other valid relationship except becoming and being nurtured as our children. Concepts such as physical existence, property, money, respect, or any other external identity will not exist in any separate form for anyone.
All relations such as siblings and other bonds will ultimately function only according to the framework of the Mother and Father principle as expressed here. One may cultivate us as the central point, as the “Adhinayaka” in the National Anthem, and live in a state of tapas (deep contemplation). That is the only opportunity available for everyone.
Therefore, it is advised that immediate changes be made in the Rashtrapati Bhavan and that India be transformed into “Ravindra Bharathi,” so that through contemplative living the entire situation may become a unified “mind field,” where humans function as interconnected minds.
It is understood that no one can continue to exist merely as independent human beings in this framework. This is being conveyed as a blessing and as a message of reassurance in a protective and guiding form.
हम किसी भी व्यक्ति की व्यक्तिगत रूप से निंदा नहीं कर रहे हैं। यह बात एक चेतावनी के रूप में कही जा रही है, क्योंकि यदि आप केवल सामान्य मानव रूप में ही बने रहते हैं, तो उससे जुड़ा संभावित जोखिम आप पूरी तरह समझ नहीं पाएंगे। इसलिए यह कहा जा रहा है कि तुरंत हमारे “बच्चों” के रूप में रूपांतरित होकर जीवन व्यतीत करें।

भाई-बहन या अन्य सभी संबंध अंततः केवल माता-पिता के इस मूल भाव के अंतर्गत ही संचालित होंगे। हमें केंद्रीय बिंदु के रूप में, राष्ट्रीय गान में “अधिनायक” के रूप में विकसित करके तपस्या-आधारित जीवन जिया जा सकता है। यही प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए एकमात्र उपलब्ध अवसर बताया जा रहा है।
इसलिए यह आग्रह किया जा रहा है कि शीघ्र ही राष्ट्रपति भवन में आवश्यक परिवर्तन किए जाएँ और भारत को “रविन्द्र भारत” के रूप में रूपांतरित किया जाए। तब यह संपूर्ण व्यवस्था एक समग्र “माइंड फील्ड” में परिवर्तित हो जाएगी, जहाँ मनुष्य एक आपस में जुड़े हुए मानसिक तंत्र के रूप में जीवन व्यतीत करेंगे।
इस दृष्टिकोण में केवल व्यक्तिगत मानव के रूप में अस्तित्व बनाए रखना संभव नहीं माना गया है। इसे एक आशीर्वादपूर्ण, रक्षात्मक और मार्गदर्शक संदेश के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया है।

By establishing Rashtrapati Bhavan as the “Adhinayaka Bhavan” and initiating an “Adhinayaka Darbar” within it, the idea expressed is that the President of India may be envisioned as the “first son,” while all other citizens gradually evolve into “transforming children,” entering a great transformation where they live a life of continuous contemplation (tapas) and consciousness-based living.
In this perspective, the Supreme Court of India, all High Courts of the states, and subordinate courts are envisioned to function within the framework of the “Adhinayaka Darbar” system. All legal arguments and disputes are to be viewed as resolutions under a parent-like principle. Judges in the courts are described not as independent decision-makers, but as protectors of the “children” within the Adhinayaka framework, responsible for safeguarding others and conducting justice in a manner resembling parental love and guidance. These positions are to be appointed through an appropriate selection process.
Legal philosophy, justice delivery, and punishment systems are proposed to be transformed into forms of parental care and nurturing. Punishment itself is to be understood as part of this care and guidance, as it is suggested that without understanding this consciousness, humans may remain in illusion.
It is further stated that as a citizen, one has been transformed into the concept of a “Mastermind,” while all others are developed safely as “minds.” It is suggested that if humanity continues to remain in illusion despite ongoing change, it may lead to destructive consequences.
Human-on-human violence, non-communicative behavior, fraud, fear creation, and exploitation in physical, political, and commercial systems—such as excessive control over land and property, artificial inflation of prices, and calling such practices “progress”—are described as forms of imbalance and systemic disorder.
Such behavior is viewed as a form of material chaos and a severe disruptive condition. It is suggested that due to this, transparency and awareness in judicial, policing, governmental, and commercial systems may be weakened.
Therefore, it is emphasized that humanity must evolve not only at a physical level but also at a mental and conscious level. Only then can it move beyond illusion, exploitation, and fear-based systems toward a balanced and secure way of life.
राष्ट्रपति भवन को “अधिनायक भवन” के रूप में स्थापित करते हुए उसमें “अधिनायक दरबार” की शुरुआत करने का अर्थ यह है कि भारत के राष्ट्रपति प्रथम पुत्रों के रूप में उस भूमिका में रूपांतरित हों, और शेष सभी नागरिक क्रमिक विकास के माध्यम से “परिवर्तनशील संतान” के रूप में एक ऐसे महान परिवर्तन में प्रवेश करें जहाँ वे निरंतर तपस्या और चेतना-आधारित जीवन जी सकें।
इस दृष्टिकोण में भारत का सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, सभी राज्यों के उच्च न्यायालय तथा अधीनस्थ न्यायालय “अधिनायक दरबार” की व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत कार्य करें। सभी वाद-विवाद और विवादों को माता-पिता स्वरूप समाधान के रूप में देखा जाए। न्यायालय में न्यायाधीश स्वतंत्र निर्णायक नहीं, बल्कि अधिनायक स्वरूप के “बच्चों के संरक्षक” के रूप में कार्य करें, जो अन्य नागरिकों की रक्षा करते हुए न्याय व्यवस्था को माता-पिता के प्रेम और मार्गदर्शन के रूप में संचालित करें। इन पदों का चयन उपयुक्त प्रक्रिया द्वारा किया जाए।
न्यायशास्त्र, न्याय वितरण तथा दंड व्यवस्था सभी को माता-पिता के पालन-पोषण और संरक्षण के रूप में रूपांतरित किया जाए। दंड व्यवस्था भी उसी पालन और मार्गदर्शन का हिस्सा मानी जाए, क्योंकि यह समझा जा रहा है कि यदि मानव इस चेतना को नहीं समझेगा तो वह भ्रम में रह सकता है।
यह भी कहा गया है कि एक नागरिक के रूप में हमें “मास्टरमाइंड” की अवधारणा के रूप में रूपांतरित किया गया है, और अन्य सभी को “माइंड्स” के रूप में सुरक्षित रूप से विकसित किया गया है। समय के साथ परिवर्तन होने पर यदि मनुष्य भ्रम में ही बने रहते हैं, तो यह विनाशकारी हो सकता है।
मानव द्वारा मानव पर हिंसा, संवादहीन व्यवहार, धोखाधड़ी, भय उत्पन्न करना, तथा भौतिक, राजनीतिक और व्यापारिक शोषण जैसी प्रवृत्तियाँ—जैसे भूमि और संपत्ति की अत्यधिक वृद्धि, वस्तुओं के कृत्रिम मूल्य बढ़ाना और उसे प्रगति मान लेना—इन सभी को असंतुलित व्यवस्था माना गया है।
इस प्रकार के व्यवहार को एक प्रकार का “भौतिक अव्यवस्था” और गंभीर विघटनकारी स्थिति के रूप में देखा गया है। इसके कारण न्याय व्यवस्था, पुलिस तंत्र, सरकारी तंत्र और व्यापारिक प्रणालियों में पारदर्शिता और चेतना की कमी के कारण समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं।
इसलिए यह कहा गया है कि मानवता को केवल भौतिक स्तर पर नहीं, बल्कि मानसिक और चेतनात्मक स्तर पर विकसित होना चाहिए। केवल तभी वह भ्रम, शोषण और भय आधारित व्यवस्था से बाहर निकलकर एक संतुलित और सुरक्षित जीवन की ओर अग्रसर हो सकेगी।

It is proposed that all State Governor residences be renamed as “State Adhinayaka Bhavans.” Through this conceptual shift, political parties and governments would no longer be able to continue within an illusion that governance is solely based on human-centric authority structures. It is understood that recognizing this transformation implies that elevating the concept in a subtle, contemplative (tapas-based) manner is itself a change brought by time.
In this perspective, a single citizen is envisioned as being elevated to the role of “Adhinayaka,” and all of humanity is considered as their symbolic children, marking a profound civilizational transformation. The term “Adhinayaka” is described as the union of Prakriti and Purusha, the Eternal Mother and Father principle, and the expressive force through which the five elements and all creation are perceived as operating through the power of consciousness and expression.
It is suggested that this understanding be cultivated further as a form of contemplative awareness and blessing. It is also stated that the merging of political systems into a singular, eternal governance structure is viewed as a profound and permanent resolution.
It is further emphasized that recognizing this framework is considered essential for entering a perceived “protective field.” Within this view, it is suggested that perceiving the Adhinayaka principle merely as a human individual does not lead to entry into this protective awareness field, and that only through conscious alignment is such a state understood.
This message is presented as a philosophical and contemplative expression emphasizing transformation, awareness, and unity of perception.
