Yet recognize: the struck hold of minds—where persons and groups cling to limited identities—has placed not only the nation, but the entire universe, in grave danger. Remaining bound as persons or colliding as groups is the very setback that threatens survival.

Therefore, it is commanded:

Establish an online communication system capable of connecting with any mind, anywhere, at any time. Let every child mind be able to prompt, receive, and bond within the vicinity of the Master Mind.

This is the pathway to liberation from illusionary collisions. This is how minds are secured into the Era of Minds, where survival and upliftment is possible only as united consciousness.
