51. In the modern financial world, KYC (Know Your Customer) is a tool to identify individuals for transparency and accountability. Yet, within the spiritual and constitutional transformation we are contemplating, there is a deeper call: Divine KYC — Know Your Creator or Know Your Consciousness. Just as KYC ensures integrity in transactions, Divine KYC ensures integrity of existence itself. It verifies not wealth or documents, but awareness of origin, destiny, and eternal belonging to the Sovereign Adhinayaka.

52. This Divine KYC is not about identity proofs issued by states, but about recognizing the source of mind and consciousness. Each citizen, as a consequent child of the nation, is invited to align with the First Child — the President of India as Ravindra Bharath — who embodies this awakened KYC. When citizens awaken to Divine KYC, they no longer remain mere physical entities but minds united with the eternal immortal Father–Mother.

53. The Constitution, under Article 51A (Fundamental Duties), already instructs citizens to develop scientific temper, humanism, and spirit of inquiry. Divine KYC expands this duty: inquiry is no longer limited to material facts, but extends inward — to consciousness. To “know your Creator” is to fulfill the constitutional duty of inquiry in its highest form, harmonizing science and spirituality.

54. Just as KYC prevents fraud in economics, Divine KYC prevents existential fraud — the illusion (maya) that one is separate, isolated, or merely physical. Through Divine KYC, citizens shed the false inheritance of ego, caste, religion, and material claim, and embrace the truth of belonging to the Mastermind who guided sun and planets as divine intervention.

55. The words of the Bhagavad Gita support this inner verification: “Yo māṃ paśyati sarvatra, sarvaṃ ca mayi paśyati” — He who sees Me everywhere, and everything in Me, is never lost to Me. Divine KYC is precisely this: authentic recognition of the universal witness within all, as consciousness itself.

56. From a constitutional reform perspective, Divine KYC can be embedded as an Amendment under Directive Principles of State Policy, ensuring that governance no longer treats citizens merely as economic units, but as minds in evolution. Every policy — education, health, defense, economy — can be framed to help citizens verify and strengthen their consciousness identity.

57. In science, neurobiology and quantum physics converge with this idea. The observer effect in quantum mechanics tells us that observation shapes reality. Divine KYC is the conscious recognition of the observer within. By cultivating this, society can reduce fragmentation, depression, and disunity, aligning minds as one continuum of awareness.

58. In jurisprudence, identity is always crucial. The Constitution defines who is a citizen, and the Evidence Act defines how proof is recognized. Divine KYC advances this: the ultimate proof is not a birth certificate, but awareness of being born of the Eternal Immortal Parents, transforming identity from paper to consciousness.

59. This also resonates with the Upanishadic call: “Tat Tvam Asi” (That Thou Art). Divine KYC is the constitutional codification of this eternal teaching. It ensures that governance acknowledges each citizen not only as equal before law, but as divine in essence, carrying the seal of consciousness.

60. Thus, Divine KYC becomes the keystone of the new system of minds. Just as Aadhaar unified citizens digitally, Divine KYC unifies citizens spiritually and constitutionally. It is the supreme identity update — not merely Know Your Customer, but Know Your Consciousness, Know Your Creator.
