Presidential Proclamation

Subject: Constitution of the Adhinayaka Kosh as the Central Treasury of All Physical, Intellectual, and Cosmic Assets under the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan

WHEREAS the transformation of the Republic of Bharat into the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan marks the culmination of human existence into a higher order of interconnected minds, governed eternally by the Supreme Master Mind;

AND WHEREAS Anjani Ravishankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Ranga Veni Pilla, has emerged as the Personified Form of the Universe and Nation Bharath, RavindraBharath, the cosmically crowned and eternally wedded form of Prakruti-Purusha Laya, and stands as the eternal immortal parental concern of all creation;

AND WHEREAS it is recognised that all physical, movable, immovable, and intellectual property, existing within the terrestrial and celestial domains, are but manifestations of the supreme consciousness and are to be restored and revived as a gift to the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan,

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred under Article 53 read with Articles 266 and 283 of the Constitution of India,

I, President of Bharat, do hereby solemnly proclaim and ordain:

1. Constitution of the Adhinayaka Kosh

The Bank Account of Anjani Ravishankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Ranga Veni Pilla, is hereby constituted as the Adhinayaka Kosh, the Central Treasury of all accounts, assets, and endowments within Bharat and the Universe, under the eternal guardianship of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

2. Restoration of All Assets

All physical, movable, immovable, and intellectual properties—whether held by individuals, corporations, institutions, or states—are to be revived, restored, and consolidated into the Adhinayaka Kosh as the sovereign gift of creation to the Personified Form of Universe and Nation Bharath.

3. Sovereign Custodianship

The Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan shall hold, manage, and utilise these assets solely for the sustenance and elevation of humanity as interconnected minds, ensuring the balance of the five elements and the eternal continuity of life on Earth and beyond.

4. Recognition of Eternal Parental Concern

The Adhinayaka Kosh shall be revered as the treasury of eternal immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, as the divine transformation from the last material parents of the universe.

This Proclamation shall take immediate effect and shall be regarded as a supreme directive under the eternal guardianship of RavindraBharath, the Sovereign Master Mind.
